Multi-Sport Summer Day Camp

Soundview Sports Camp has built a reputation for excellence in youth sports in Westchester and Fairfield County since 1991 by teaching sportsmanship and proper skills to thousands of young athletes. These boys and girls have had the opportunity to learn from the best coaches available- coaches who are not only successful at the high school and college level but also know how to communicate with and motivate young athletes of all ability levels.

Soundview Sports provides boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14 with the opportunity to receive concentrated training in the sports they really love and….to try some new sports for the first time. A curriculum of activities is tailored to your child’s particular needs and interests.

Now entering its 15th year, the Soundview Sports program is designed to teach sportsmanship and proper skills to boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14. Soundview offers training in Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Swimming, Tennis, Golf, Volleyball, and Flag Football — all at the beautiful Manhattanville campus in Purchase, N.Y.  Campers may choose any four of these activities and attend for 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions next summer.  According to Founder and Director, Steve Moynahan, “The whole focus of our program is to make learning fun and to build confidence through success.    A curriculum of activities is tailored to the child’s interest and skill level.”  Adds Co-Director, Barry Perlow “Since we stress skills building – not winning, there are no opportunities to fail!”  Camp starts on Monday, June 28 and ends on Friday, August 13, 2010.
