"Roughly 12 years ago, I signed up my son, Norman, for a program on lacrosse that you were running. He had done your basketball and soccer programs with friends of his from school and I signed him up thinking that
his friends would be doing that as well. As it turned out, none of them had signed up and since the age listed was 6 (and he was 5), I called you and asked if you thought he could handle it. You were very forthcoming and told me to have him try it and if it didn't work out you would refund the fee.
